YOGA
My yoga classes offer a blend of somatic body awareness, mindfulness, and fluid movement exploration, with variations to suit your needs. The flows are inviting and incorporate both gentle and energizing moments. Taught in a trauma-informed way, the classes create a supportive space where you’re always welcome as you are. You have the freedom to choose what feels right for you—whether it’s taking breaks, modifying poses, or simply being present.

Experience a gentle yet dynamic yoga flow that blends somatic, body-oriented movement with fluid Vinyasa elements. This mindful practice invites you to tune into your body, explore sensation, and move with awareness—supporting you to feel more grounded, calm, and connected.
The classes are trauma-sensitive, held in small groups (max. 6 people). Everyone is welcome. Your first session is free!

Alpaca Yoga
Starting back in April 2025
Find a beautiful spot on the meadow, unroll your mat amidst the alpacas, and connect with the nature.
Feel the calming effect of the alpacas on your mind and soul, experiencing 90 minutes of yoga with a blend of flowing, peaceful, and a few dynamic elements. This experience is suitable for everyone. The classes are taught in German. English and French possible if needed.

About me
Yoga came into my life by chance in 2016. I had no idea how profoundly it would impact me on my transformative journey. Despite having everything I needed to be happy, 2016 turned out to be one of the most challenging periods in my life. And luckily, Yoga was part of my Healing.
Yoga helped me reconnect with myself, bounce back and rediscover the joy of living in the present moment. In 2022, I had to face new challenges that led me to experience anxiety and PTSD, but one more time, the reconnection to my body helped me on my healing journey. This also led me to continue my education in trauma informed somatic yoga and coaching.
For me, yoga is a true transformative journey that accompanies us on a path where we grow, learn to love, listen, and trust ourselves, creating a deep connection with our body, mind, and soul.
Today, it's with great pleasure and love that I teach yoga. My intention is to guide my students in their practice, helping them create balance and experience transformation on many levels. Through 1-1 coaching I also strive to accompany my clients on their growth journey.

Are you seeking a safe and nurturing space to heal and reconnect with your body? My Somatic Trauma-Informed Yoga Classes offer a unique approach designed to support anyone who has experienced trauma or suffer from anxiety. The classes combine the principles of somatic embodiment with gentle yoga practices to help you release tension, cultivate inner peace, and restore a sense of wholeness. The sessions vary from 15 minutes to 1h.
